First, the UBA new mobile banking app upgrade is divided into two sections. The Banking Section and the Lifestyle Section. In the lifestyle section, you can book flight tickets, buy movie tickets, order food, and buy tickets for featured events near you. The new and latest feature added to this section is the free online medical care offered to premium customers. This is an appropriate response to the scourge pandemic – the Coronavirus.
Everything at a Glance
The new-upgrade presents all it’s punchline features on a busy homepage. Banking services such as send money, pay bills, data & mobile top-up, transaction history, quick loans, and FCY transfer are displayed at the landing page.
This is to ensure absolute convenience when using the new mobile banking app on-the-go. One can actually complete a transaction on this UBA upgraded app with 3 clicks, or even less.
At the bottom-right corner of the screen, the live chat feature makes itself very visible. Available 24/7 to help users, this feature is ever-ready to handle complaints, requests, inquiries and other issues any user may have while using this app.
For food lovers, this is absolutely groundbreaking! In the lifestyle section, you can simply tap ‘order food’, choose your location, choose your preferred restaurant, and place your order.

Bulk/Multiple Transfer Option (Group Transfer)
Two or more transfers can now be initiated using the newly-updated UBA mobile app. This is done all at once.
How do I do multiple transfer?
- Tap the sign at the top-left corner
- Tap send money, some options will drop down
- Choose Group transfer
- Tap create group
- Type in the Group name and tap create
- On the next page, tap the sign to add new beneficiary, or tap next sign to select from already-stored beneficiaries.
- Input amount
- Click Transfer
The transaction is done immediately. You can choose to get a debit of the lump sum or individual alerts for each transaction, irrespective of the beneficiary type or bank. For banking mobile applications, this is actually a first-of-its-kind feature. Loan Request Via Click Credit
