Here’s a step-by-step guide on how you can download and set up the Keystone mobile banking app from scratch to finish in 5 minutes or even less.

1. Go to your application store (Apple or Android )
2. Search for ‘Keystone Mobile Banking App’ or ‘KeyMobile’
3. Download and Install

Once you download the application to your device, then you need to register. You can complete your registration using two (2) methods: Account number, Account number and Debit card.

Account number

1. Choose Login to Mobile App
2. Click Register on the login page
3. Enter your account number
4. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered phone number
5. Enter the OTP
6. Create Username
7. Create Password and PIN
8. Login with the username and PIN created

Account number + Debit Card

1. Click Register on the login page
2. Enter the account number
3. Toggle Use Debit Card to ON
4. Enter the last 6 digits on the card
5. Create your Username
6. Create Password and PIN

This is one of the easiest things to do in Keystone. You can now open an operational account, everything can be done in 5 minutes:

1. Launch the KeyMobile
2. At the bottom left, tap Open Account
3. Agree to the Terms and Conditions
4. Enter your BVN 
5. You will receive an OTP instantly. Enter the OTP (your full name, DOB, phone number pops up after this)
6. Choose your gender
7. Enter other details appropriately
8. Submit and wait a bit
9. The account is generated for you
