I lost/misplaced the line I used in enrolling BVN, what do i do?

There is no two ways about this. If you wish to use this code, you must use on your registered number. So it’s best you approach your network provider to retrieve said line.

I don’t have airtime(credit) on my line, can i still try?

Fee for this service is N20. I will advise you recharge your line.

I have ‘borrowed’ credit, can i still get my BVN if I dial the code?

Airtel, MTN, Glo and 9Mobile now run ‘borrowing’ services. Yes you can be charged from a ‘borrowed’ credit.

I tried and got an error message ‘No response’, what caused this?

Your line needs to be recharged. Your network provider could not pass the fee (N20). That is why you got the error message.

I got error message ‘Line is linked to multiple BVN’, what is the problem?

This happens when same phone number has been used to enroll for BVN by more than one person. To use this service, you have to advise the other person to go to his/her enrollment bank and change the phone number mapped to his/her BVN.
