Nigerians will now be able to acquire houses built by the Nigerian Federal Government for as low as N2 million. Industry observers have envisaged that the introduction of this scheme will not only provide cheap homes for ordinary citizens of the country, it will also create over 1.8m jobs for established developers, start-up and existing small-medium scale professional contractors (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, accountants, etc).
